This is a chance for your little mudders who come and support you at events to get involved in what mum and dad get up to. It's time for Mum and Dads to return the favour. Run alongside the kids. Encouraging and helping them to conquer the obstacles. Let's get the fun back into fitness.
An adult must accompany children aged 7/8, Please ensure a minimum of one adult signs up per 2 children aged 7 or 8. Children aged 9 and above can run on their own, mud + Obstacle =fun!
Kids get to put their adventure skills to the test by working together to conquer obstacles jumping, climbing, crawling, swinging, but the end goal is to encourage teamwork and have fun. Let us make this a muddy family day to recollect.

Whether you are getting ready for your first obstacle course race or would like to improve on your next one, we can help! We know how exciting and nerve-wracking these events can be. We have helped over hundreds of participants prep for races such as Spartan Race, Tough Mudder, Total Warrior, Yorkshire warrior, Rat Race, etc.
Our OCR sessions are designed to get your body and mind prepared for race day!
Our program focuses on all the elements you will need to get race ready:
We will help improve your endurance for running, train all of your muscles and build strength specifically for the obstacles.
Give you the skills and tips to conquer obstacles and give you the right technique to conquer obstacles such as monkey bars, monkey rings, cargo nets, rope climb, barbwire crawl, log carry, dry and submerged tunnels, climbing up walls, traverse wall, etc.
Our OCR training mimics similar terrain that you will be facing - uneven, rocky, muddy, wet and hilly.
Have a Tough Mudder-style birthday party. Get muddy and celebrate your special day with your friends, conquering obstacles, having fun, let us make it a day to remember.
One and a half to 2 hours of serious fun. Includes Yorkshire Young Mudder T-shirt for the birthday boy or girl, medals for all participants.

Celebrate your stag and hen party with a splash with your own tough mudder style party something you will never forget.. Dress up, team up and have fun — prosecco and Beers at the finish line.
We give you our version of the Tough Mudder, muddy warrior, wild warrior, total warrior. We're calling it Mud Warrior and believe our obstacle course will provide all the challenges you would want/expect/need for a great outdoor activity.

You may just want an alternative fitness option.
You may quite like the idea of being smothered in mud.
Whatever your motivation this is one hell of a party activity.

All activities are a way to provide high-impact learning, increase team skills and communications, and improve morale and productivity. Fitness Success Boot Camp is not your "typical" Bootcamp we use a wide range of equipment. Our 60-minute workouts burns calories, tones your body and melts fat. We cater for all fitness level. Training does not have to be in a gym our sessions vary from boxing circuit training, body-weight core training, cardio. However, the most important thing is you will be training in a friendly and welcoming environment. The members encourage each other, so everyone stays motivated.
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 18:30 to 19:30
Mondays to Fridays 6:30am to 7:15am
Mondays & Fridays 9:30am 10:30am
Saturdays at 8:30 AM
